1. Transportation and delivery
(1) All online orders are free shipping, and returns and exchanges will not incur a handling fee.
(2) We provide free standard delivery service to any address in the Worldwide. But please note that there are some areas, such as special areas such as the military, that our logistics partners cannot deliver.
(3) The order status and tracking of all orders from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) should be processed within 1 working day after payment confirmation. For bulk orders, please contact us.

The shipping information is automatically generated based on the "shipping address" entered when placing the order.
